As a Qualified International Chef I have over 28 years of experience to share with you. I am a Professional Meal Planner and Nutritional Coach.  ​​I'm also a Retreat Chef who enjoys nurturing and nourishing others with intentional nutrition to support your guests while in unique and remote retreat locations.

  • Choice: Healthy Eating doesn’t have to be restrictive and dull

  • Consistent: Recognising what foods to consume is a great start, consistency is where the magic really happens!

  • Engaging: Changing the way we eat doesn’t have to be a chore, if you’re counting down the days until something is over, it’s not going to be sustainable and you won’t get long term results

  • Simple: Cooking shouldn’t be complicated, it’s a heartfelt activity that encourages and empowers you to nourish your body

To help the people I work with find space in their lives to take care of themselves and uncover the healthiest way of eating that they actually enjoy and can achieve.   I can help you find ways to feel organised and in control and explore the factors that may be impacting your choices.​
